Human Resources Manager

Methodist Sports Medicine / The Orthopedic Specialists is looking for a well-rounded, energetic and innovative professional to join our team. Human Resources Manager provides expertise in human resources with an emphasis on employee development. (Full Time: 32 Hours)

Summary of Responsibilities:

Responsible for all personnel functions including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration, training and development, compensation guidelines and payroll, employee performance and disciplinary process. Provides guidance and direction to Management Team, assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, develops job descriptions, and works directly with CEO to establish and meet objectives of the practice. Ensures Human Resource programs are in compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in human resources management, business, health administration or closely related field required. Minimum five (5) years progressive HR experience required. Healthcare experience preferred.


Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Services Physician

Methodist Sports Medicine / The Orthopedic Specialists is seeking a full-time BC/BE Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join our busy practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in serving the Worker's Compensation community, as well as training and experience in non-surgical hip and spine treatment, lumbar, cervical and hip injections, physical therapy practices, and EMG's.
