We will schedule your visit within a few days of your call. Our hours are 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:00pm Friday and 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. on Saturday at our north location in Carmel.
We are happy to work with you and your insurance company. Not all carriers require a physician referral for you to use our services. Give us a call and we will check into it for you.
