Methodist Sports Medicine / The Orthopedic Specialists physicians want you to know that we care about our patients and the current debate in our country surrounding healthcare reform.
Our physicians recently convened a meeting in August with several of our colleagues from various medical practices around central Indiana to share our concerns with Indiana 5th District Congressman Dan Burton (R). In September, members of our practice joined physicians nationwide in Washington, DC and participated in meetings at the offices of Senators Richard Lugar (R-IN), and Evan Bayh (D-IN) and Indiana 2nd District Congressman Joe Donnelly (D).
As healthcare reform is sparking heated debate at Town Hall meetings throughout the United States, we invite our patients to read this letter.
