That’s why Methodist Sports Medicine / The Orthopedic Specialists is proud to offer physical medicine and rehabilitation, also known as physiatry, to help restore your functional ability and enhance your performance.
Our rehabilitation physician (or “physiatrist”) will use a combination of medication, electrodiagnostics, activity modification, assistive devices and rehabilitation to treat a number of disorders, such as injuries of the spine, shoulder, knee, hand, wrist and elbow, and conditions associated with workers compensation.
