Team Physician

He has been a team physician for Indiana State University for 14 years, and in April of 2003, Dr. Klootwyk and Methodist Sports Medicine/ The Orthopedic Specialists were the inaugural recipients of the Partners in Excellence Award, courtesy of the Athletic Training Department and the School of Health & Human Performance at Indiana State University.
He also served as an orthopedic consultant to Manchester College from 1992 to 2000 and was honored by induction into the “M Club” at Manchester College in 2001.
