August 28, 2014 – Indianapolis – The Colts face the Cincinnati Bengals Thursday night in the final warm-up for the NFL regular season. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00pm at Paul Brown Stadium. Methodist Sports Medicine physicians Arthur Rettig, M.D., Gary Misamore, M.D. and concussion management consultant Henry Feuer, M.D. will be on the sidelines providing medical coverage for the horseshoes. This final pre-season game is critical for players trying make the 53-man roster which will be determined over the weekend. Most of the Colts starters are not expected to play or see very limited playing time.
The game can be seen in Indianapolis on WNDY-TV23 and heard over WLHK-FM 97.1, and 1070AM/107.5FM The Fan. The Colts will open the 2014 regular season on the road, Sunday September 7th against Peyton Manning and Denver Broncos on a Sunday night nationally televised game. The 2014 season marks the 31st consecutive year that Methodist Sports Medicine has provided orthopedic sports medicine coverage for the Colts.
