Experienced Podiatrist

Dr. Lanie Huffman graduated with honors from the University of Iowa where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. She went on to study podiatric medicine on scholarship at Rosalind Franklin University in the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at The Chicago Medical School and graduated with honors in podiatric medicine.

Upon graduation, she completed her 3-year surgical residency at the University of Florida/Shands Jacksonville, Florida in foot and ankle. Dr. Huffman’s residency focused on orthopedic trauma with foot and ankle reconstruction. She was awarded outstanding resident of the year in 2008 and served as Chief Resident from 2008—2009.

Dr. Huffman grew up playing several sports through high school and now enjoys watching her two sons participate in sports year-round. She is married to her husband Colby, who continues to coach and teach golf at The Golf Channel Academy with Colby Huffman. They enjoy playing golf together as a family in their spare time.
