Creasey helps treat patients in inpatient, outpatient, and perioperative settings. He assists Dr. Sallay in a wide variety of advanced arthroscopic shoulder, knee, and proximal hamstring surgical procedures. He also spends time in the clinic treating new patients, reevaluating post-operative patients, and performing procedures.
He enjoys enhancing patient care by providing a variety of diagnostic, therapeutic, and ultrasound-guided injections.
Creasey earned an undergraduate degree in biology from Hanover College. Following this, he completed his master of physician assistant studies degree from the oldest accredited PA program in the state of Indiana, Butler University.
He was raised in Brownsburg, IN where he and his family currently reside, remaining actively involved in the community. His wife Sara pursues her passion for education through teaching second-grade students in Brownsburg schools. While not at Methodist Sports Medicine he enjoys woodworking, weight training, and hiking/biking with his wife.
